Tim’s role is to provide a combination of, leadership, regulation, technology and the tools to deliver the Sandringham advice proposition. Tim strongly believes that by providing a safe and supportive working environment, advisers have the time and space to focus on both their clients’ overall financial plan and growing their own businesses in a sustainable way.

Ben Broome

Head of Adviser Relationships

Ben’s role is to provide invaluable, ongoing support to Sandringham Partners. After joining in early 2024, Ben offers a direct link between advisers and the head office team. By building and nurturing high-quality relationships within the business, Ben works to deliver the Sandringham strategy and ultimately enable more high-quality outcomes for clients.

Jonathan Lincoln

Training and Competence  (T&C) Manager

As head of the T&C team, Jonathan’s responsible for supporting advisers in giving advice safely. As well as guiding new colleagues through their transition into Sandringham, Jonathan and his team are here to support our advisers through their SM&CR, AR regime, AML requirements, offer vulnerable client expertise and generally keep them delivering great client outcomes in a safe and secure way.

Pauline Lucas

Pauline leads the expert Paraplanning team here at Sandringham. The team’s goal is to free up as much of our Partners’ time as possible by providing high-quality paraplanning services, leaving them more time to spend with their clients. This includes administration, research, report writing and compliance. This vital work helps our Partners determine what and why something may or may not be suitable for their clients.

Joanna Stevenson

Head of Onboarding and Review Services

Joanna heads up the transition and review services teams, supporting advisers at every step, from application, through the FCA authorisation journey, to ensure all permissions are in place to start advising. Joanna’s team also build the Precision Annual Review Packs for ongoing advice clients, which includes sourcing data and identifying gaps and potential opportunities for advisers to discuss with their clients.

Stephen Christie

Stephen Christie is the face of our expert business development support function. Stephen’s focus is to support our partners in running profitable, sustainable and forward-thinking businesses.  With his Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning, Stephen uses his knowledge, experience, connections and ‘know how’ to make sure our adviser firms achieve their objectives over the short, medium, and long term.

Jaine Brennan

Relationship and Recruitment Manager

Jaine leads the recruitment of self-employed IFAs and business owners into Sandringham Financial Partners. Jaine’s passionate about helping business owners and sole traders secure the right home for both them and their clients. And when the time’s right for an adviser to think about opportunities in the market, Jaine takes an honest and supportive role, helping new Partners settle into Sandringham life.
